All orders our shipped from our warehouse via UPS. We strive to get your order right to your door as fast as possible at the cheapest possible rates for our customers. You pay only one shipping charge based on the weight of your order. We charge actual real time shipping weights. This means you pay the exact amount we pay for shipping charges.

Free Ground Shipping On Orders $75 and more!

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada Shipping:

Orders shipped to these destinations may require extra shipping charges. You will be charged actual UPS rates for your order after it is shipped. If you would like to approve the shipping price before ordering please contact our customer service department.  Free Shipping promotions do not apply.
 
International Shipping and Virgin Island Orders:

We are sorry, but we currently do not ship internationally.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?  It takes on average 1-2 business days to process your order and then the map below will give you an idea how long the transit time will be. 

365-Day Standard Return Policy:

TooDarnHot.com accepts returns for any item and for any reason as part of our famous "no questions asked" money back guarantee. 

To return an item, Fill out the Return Authorization Form below.  We will get back to you as soon as possible with an RMA (if needed) and directions on how to send your package to us.  Items returned without a filling ou tthe return authorization form will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Our Return Policy:

• Returns must be received within 365 days of purchase and must have all original documents and packaging.  We will not accept any returns after 365 days and we will ship the product back to you. 
• Returned items must be in resalable condition or the condition that you received it in. 
• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless otherwise noted.  We recommend you insure any return shipments for your protection.  We are not responsible for return shipments.         
• For damaged merchandise notify TooDarnHot.com through our return authorization form and we will get a new product(s) shipped to you right away.
